Refund policy

We do not have a return policy for our products unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage in the dress.

To be eligible for a return, your item must have a clear defect or damage, and the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with clear images/videos of the damaged area and an unboxing video.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, color variation, or if you do not like the product. Slight colour differences due to screen or lighting variations are not considered as damage.

To raise a return request, you can contact us at triveniclothings@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Returns will be accepted only after approval. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
